Celebrate 3rd Anniversary of Yume Japanese Gardens

“To mark our third anniversary, on January 16 we will feature performances of traditional Japanese music throughout the day by members of the Tucson Repertory Orchestra, as well as music performed on the koto, the 13-stringed national instrument of Japan. Admission is free for members of Yume Japanese Gardens. Admission for non-members is $13 plus regular admission to the Gardens.” More info: www.yumegardens.org.
Schedule: Akiwa Abe Brown on koto at 11 a.m., Mindi Acosta and Sierra Norris, TRO flutists at 1 and 2 p.m.
Yume Japanese Gardens opened on January 15, 2013, at 2130 N. Alvernon Way, south of the Tucson Botanical Gardens in Tucson.
